Q: How quickly can I receive my order?
A: Stock only products like socks and gloves, can usually be sent within 2-3 days. Made to order items take between 5-10 working days
Q: How do I specify a delivery date?
A: At checkout there is a box for order notes, please put the date in here, eg. you can place your A/W order in May for delivery in September and the stock will be reserved for you.
Q: How will I know if a product is in stock?
A: Our system keeps track of our stock products and won’t allow you to order any manufactured products that are out of stock. If goods are new or coming back into stock very shortly, it will state this on the details and the system will take back orders.
Q: Can I pre-order products from a new collection?
A: Yes new products that will be coming into stock in the Autumn are available on back-order; we will make it clear that they are new and when they will be coming into stock on the product details.
Q: Can I order products from last year’s collection?
A: Yes we have limited stock on some lines Once these products are sold out they won’t be repeated.
Q: I am a new customer, how do I pay for my goods?
A: All new customers are pro forma and are required to pay at the time of ordering by card or through PayPal, once we have established a good relationship, 30 day terms are available subject to a credit check through Barclay's Credit Focus.
Q: I am a long established customer on 30 day terms, how do I pay for my goods?
A: At checkout select ‘payment on account’ you will receive a confirmation of your online order and sent an invoice with your delivery. If payments are delayed your account will be reverted to pro forma terms.
Q: Is any extra information needed to place an international order?
A: Yes, if you are ordering from within the EU you can complete your order and pay online, but we need your VAT number before we can ship your order, please add this to the notes box on your order
A: Standard UK mainland delivery is £10 on orders under £400 inc vat and free after that.
Delivery to Jersey and Guernsey is charged at £25 with free delivery on orders over £600
Standard European deliveries are between £25-40 by country
Worldwide delivery is set by country and is worked out by weight, if you would like to use your own shipper, please select COLLECT USING OWN COURIER.
Q: Can I use my own courier to collect an order?
A: Yes select this option at check out, we will have your order ready and are happy to work with your courier to arrange a collection date.
Q: Who is responsible for import duties and taxes
A: Commercial invoices will be supplied for the following EU countries: Andorra, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland. Shipping includes customs clearance but any taxes are to be covered by the recipient
All duty and customs processing fees are to be paid by the recipient.
Q: Is the importation of any of our products prohibited?
A: Yes our lavender and wheat products can’t be shipped to Australia or New Zealand due to regulations regarding the importation of plant materials.
Q: Can I review my previous orders?
A: Yes you will be able to see a record of your order history.
