To buy online, you need to have a registered account.
We ship to the UK, EU and internationally. US pricing now includes duty sent on USPS.
All first orders are pro forma; once you have established a regular buying cycle, you can apply for a 30-day account.
Lead times are 3-14 working days; we will notify you if a product is out of stock.
UK shipping is £10 and free on orders over £400 ex VAT
International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and are added at checkout. Excluding the USA, customers are responsible for all duty and brokerage fees.
You can pre-order by selecting payment on account at checkout and adding a delivery date to the notes section of your order. We will invoice for payment 14 days before delivery – paying late will mean a late delivery.
We offer postcode exclusivity to customers with annual spending of over £ 1,000. If you would like to discuss this in detail, please contact us.
Our products are handmade and may vary slightly.
We offer a product guarantee and will replace, refund or credit any faulty items.
If you change your mind and wish to return goods in perfect condition, a £20 admin fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the extra studio time and admin fees.
International shipping rates are worked out by weight and are added at checkout.
Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell our goods on Etsy, eBay or Amazon. We kindly request that you sell at our retail pricing. If you are undercutting us and other stockists who price their products fairly, we can no longer supply you and will respectfully ask you to remove them from your store.
Our lavender and wheat products can’t be shipped to Australia or New Zealand due to regulations regarding the importation of plant materials.
