TERMS & CONDITIONS

So you can trial our products we have no minimum order value.

Orders are subject to a delivery charge and are sent tracked via DPD or UPS.

Mainland UK: £400 and under £10 / £400+ free delivery
Offshore UK: £600 and under £30.00 / £600+ free delivery
EU: between £25-£40 by country, prices are indicated at checkout / £1000+ free delivery.
Worldwide: Price is calculated by weight and will be indicated at checkout, we are happy to make arrangements with your own courier to collect.

We require a valid VAT number before any orders can be shipped outside the UK.

Orders are strictly pro forma until account terms have been established, you will be asked to pay for your goods at checkout .

A credit check may be run before offering account term. We reserve the right to charge interest & withdraw payment terms if an account isn't cleared on time.

We accept payment online through the website, PayPal, BACS transfer or by card over the phone.

We have recently changed our bank details 

ONCE TWO INVOICES HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITH OUR NEW BANK DETAILS AND AN EMAIL SENT INFORMING YOU OF DIRECTLY THE CHANGES TO OUR BANK DETAILS, PAYMENTS SENT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT WILL BE CONSIDERED UNPAID. 

Any late payment is subject to a 5%  per month charge.

All goods remain the property of Catherine Tough Textiles until payment is received in full.

Although we have no minimum order we can not offer postcode protection unless an annual spend of over £800 is met, we reserve the right to withdraw access to our wholesale site and offer the territory or niche online market position to another customer if this is the case.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuation in raw material costs.

Our products are handmade and may therefore vary slightly.

NON-FAULTY returned orders will be charged a £10 admin fee to cover the extra studio time and admin fees.

Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell our goods on Etsy,  Ebay or Amazon and are asked to sell inline with our retail pricing, if you are undercutting us and other stockists who price their goods fairly we can no longer supply you and will respectfully ask you to remove them from your store.
